   The teapot is cute, and it infuses well, but you’ll have to handle it like an eggshell if you want it to remain intact.
   I was shocked at how thin the glass is on this item, and frankly was hesitant to pour hot water into it. I used it ONCE, SLIGHTLY knocked the infuser piece when placing it into the dishwasher, and the lip of the piece chipped. Luckily, it still sits in the pot and I can still use it, but I’m really disappointed. I wouldn’t buy it again.

   One key thing about teapots is its no-spill capability. This teapot does just that. Delivery was quick. However the box was slightly damaged when I got it. No fuss since i was going to use it anyway.. and not a gift.

   love it and have been using it to brew black, red and also green tea and also flower teas!!!

   I like this teapot. I like the fact that it is microwavable. This allows me to heat my water before I add the tea to the infuser.
