I wanted to post a video to help promote Chinese tea and also help those who are new to the Gung Fu brewing method. In this video I try to show the basic process of making Chinese tea, and talk about some of the techniques involved. I have only been drinking tea for 5 to 6 years, and still have a long way to go. This video shows the general process that I use to make tea, and any information in the video has been picked up over the years when visiting China or speaking to other tea enthusiasts. Excellent demonstration! I am interested in learning the gong fu brewing methods. Could you tell me where you bought your utensils and tea ware? It is difficult to find a good retailer for authentic tea ware like yours.
