   I was looking forward to receiving this teapot with infuser. Unfortunately, it came in broken. It was a very poor job of packing on both the manufacturer and Amazon. The minute I picked up the package, and heard the rattling, I knew I was minus a teapot.

   Fortunately, Amazon did give me a total refund for this. I sincerely hope that someone is looking at the shipping practices of both the manufacturer, who should have padded the teapot and infuser separately, and Amazon for not adding additional airpillows for a very breakable item.

   From what I could tell the teapot was okay. The problem that I could see was that the lid did not have an extened lip to hold on to the pot while tea was being poured. You would have to hold it with your free hand while pouring.

   I bought this as a gift for my sister so I never brewed any tea in it, but it arrived at my house in perfect condition, just as nice as the picture.
