   I bought this so that I could make ice tea by the quart or gallon using loose tea. I find that a lot of the tea escapes the infuser thru the strainer. Depending on your use/needs this might not be an issue for you.

   Great for dry hopping, however it will hold about 2 oz of hops once they absorb the beer, so may want more than one of these if you are dry hopping a lot of hops. Great product seems to be well built.

   I like to make tea in quantity and this infuser works great for making 128 ounces of green tea (heating the water first to 180 degrees in the microwave) letting an entire 3-ounce package of Rishi Tea Organic Jasmine Pearl Loose Tea, 3-Ounce Tin (Pack of 2) soak for 4 minutes (I was able to make another 64 ounces of tea by reusing but the result was half as strong). After expanding, the pearls just fill this infuser and only a very small amount of sediment leaks into the tea. The infuser is very easily rinsed out under the faucet.
