You aren’t going to lose 10 pounds in 7 days just by drinking tea. And even if you did, your changes will NOT be like the ones in this video. These are drastic 20-30 pound changes (on most of them)

People, don’t believe these kind of things. The only way to really lose weight is Exercise and a healthy food pattern. The tea works as an antioxidant but you won’t lose that much weight. So start lifting dumbells and run around a few laps.
