Picture is deceptive,
I ordered this thinking it would be a nice glass teapot with glass cups, but it’s actually just plastic. The black part is also plastic, and rather cheap. It’s just kind of cruddy, cheap Chinese crap. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

This tea set is very nice but I like the cups more than I like the tea pot on looks alone. The size is very good for someone like me since I can have up to six cups of tea on my own. I love the strainer which is really perfect for lose tea. I don’t really like the tea flowers flavor that comes with it, its pretty to look at but too fragrant for my taste…its kinda like perfume. I wish it came with a variety of flavors. The product came on time and did not disappoint…what you see is what you get. I had it for about 3 weeks now and I do love it. I can’t wait for winter so I can really put it to good use.

|Great Tea Set,
I liked this set so much I got another set to use as a gift. The teapot is GLASS and the FRAME is plastic. This is a bonus when pouring tea, as your hands are protected from touching the hot glass. The tea stays warm in the pot, and the steel strainer is a bonus (I hate plastic strainers and glass strainers are impractically fragile). You can use either tea leaves or flowers with this pot, and I’ve had no problem observing tea flowers blooming using this pot. As long as you remember not to overfill the pot, clean-up is easy. The tea cups are just the right size and very practical as well. They come apart for cleaning, and have easily become my favorite way to enjoy tea. YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS PURCHASE!!
