    Adagio really got it right.

First of all, the photo doesn’t quite do it justice, I think – this is a nice, simple, yet elegant teapot. Very pretty.

The infuser makes it a piece of cake to enjoy loose leaf teas (which are generally much better than most of the bagged stuff out there). The infuser comes out, and it easy to clean. Also, because the teapot is glass and the infuser is removable, this teapot is ideal for blooming teas.

The only part that is hard to clean is the spout. I think a little bottle brush or maybe some pipe cleaners ought to do the trick, though.

Maybe best of all, THIS TEAPOT DOES NOT DRIP!! The spout is designed in such a way that the tea pours and doesn’t make a mess! It’s wonderful!

Well, this tea pot is not quite as perfect as other reviewers make it sound. It is a well designed tea pot and the spout is virtually drip free which is nice. Now the bad parts. The glass is really thin, so that I’m always afraid I will break it, especially once it’s empty. Another thing which I find difficult is to remove the infuser while the tea is still hot. You really have to be careful that you don’t burn your fingers and it is very diffcult to grap the infuser with a pot holder. You also have to be careful to not burn your fingers on the lid. And while you pour the last cup of tea you have to hold the lid otherwise it falls off. So you have the choice of either get your fingers burned or let the lid fall off. In general it is still a very nice tea pot. Just had to counter some of the raving reviews.

If you’re new to loose tea brewing, this is what you want. Add your tea to the infuser, heat your water in a kettle, and you’ve got your favorite tea, the way it was meant to be!

Adagio’s other glass teaware matches is wonderfully to make a set. I also likethe look of it. The one I have is actually a little shorter and fatter looking, as if the picture has been slightly stretched vertically. Mine is much “cuter” than the picture.
